How do I choose a real estate agent in Jerusalem?
Check three things: a valid real estate broker license, real knowledge of the city and of the neighbourhood you are buying or selling in, and a process that is explained to you in advance. I work under Israeli broker license no. 316908, I focus on Jerusalem, and in the first call you get a clear picture of every step.
How do I start selling my apartment in Jerusalem?
With an introductory call: we go over the property, your timing and what matters to you. Then you get a realistic price and a marketing plan, and from there I manage the listing, the screening of buyers and the negotiation, through to the signed contract.
Can you handle a short-term rental of my apartment in Jerusalem?
Yes. I handle short-term apartment rentals for families, tourists and investors, with full management of the rental. Owners can also get ongoing property management: maintenance, tenant communication, rent collection and repairs.
